Shipping policy

We ship all orders using tracked delivery to ensure safe arrival. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link and contact the courier directly. If the item is still missing after 10 business days, you may contact us at subliminals.store@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist. However, we are not responsible for lost parcels, including those marked as delivered by the courier, those delayed or held by customs, or orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. For international orders, please be aware that customs processing may cause delays, and any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
