Refund policy
Please note that for some products, we do not accept returns. This includes:

Made-to-order or customised items

Products clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page
These items are made specifically for you and are excluded from our standard return policy, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are still entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
We accept returns for certain products that are not made-to-order or customised.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be returned to us within 28 days from the delivery date
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees (if applicable).
